I highly recommend Amy Dean. When interviewing realtors, she came the most thoroughly prepared. The effort she put into gaining my business continued throughout the process. She gave thoughtful guidance on what was needed (as well as not needed) to prepare the property for sale. Complimented by an excellent team, especially in photography. House sold in 3 days. While professional and competent, she is also a personable and caring individual. Would go with her again in a heartbeat.
Amy has represented me well as both a buyer and a seller. she is always attentive and has market insight that goes beyond a standard realtor just printing out comps and throwing a dart at the wall. She is one of the few that actually bring value to a deal. I have closed more properties on both sides of the table while working with her.
When we were looking for a home in Oregon (we moved here from another state) someone had provided me with Amy's information. Not only did she far exceed our expectations, she helped us find the home of our dreams! She has now accomplished the same for two of our sons as well! Amy is a person who is trustworthy and has the highest integrity. (a rare combo these days) Since meeting her some years ago, my wife and I have had the honor of getting to know Amy and her wonderful family, and now consider her to be part of our big Irish family as well! We would give her a rating of 5 stars-but only because that's as high as the rating system goes lol!

We happened to meet Amy at an open house for a home as we started looking. We weren’t ready to buy and we’re just starting to look. She took some time to help us with building a preference list for listings to be sent to us, while at the showing. We looked at homes on our time from the emails we’d receive. Three months later she showed us our forever home, a 1949 fixer upper (to be kind) 😉. We were under contract in days. Amy was amazing through it all. She was attentive, listened, honest, and we felt we could trust her. If we ever decided to purchase again, we would immediately call Amy.
Amy is great to work with. She is very conscientious and knowledgeable. We have dealt with Amy on 4 occasions, buying and selling homes. Each time everything went smoothly and very satisfactory!!! I highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a home!
Would recommend her to anyone looking to be treated like family when buying or selling your home. Her advice and experience made our 2018 purchase a breeze in today’s market. We are using her for our next purchase!
Amy has been a stellar and crucial partner in my wife and I’s home buying experience. It started back in 2007, when Amy first helped me to purchase a condo in South Eugene. Between all of my family members and I, Amy has helped us to: find, purchase, and sell six different properties. She has an impeccable reputation, a limitless amount of energy (read patience), and knows the market far better than her peers. But most of all she is honest. Throughout all of our transactions, her authenticity and frankness has helped us to know that we have made a good decision. She always gives us her actual opinion, knowing full well that it may go against our most passionate feelings. She gives us confidence that when we sign papers, she is not only getting us the best possible deal, but that we are making the best decision for our family. She’s one of a kind. She finds joy in helping others to find a home. But most of all, she has become a friend. I know that as our family grows and changes, Amy will be there to ensure our housing meets and exceeds our needs. The only other thing I can say about Amy Dean and her business is, that I’ll be seeking her advice, time, and efforts again.

Amy has care and passion for her clients that is unparalleled by others. When the waves rise, and others bring the stress of the real-estate transactions to your home buying process, Amy will calm the seas with a simple whisper of her voice. You will not be disappointed by Amy, Bonnie, and Laura... unless that is you are looking for stress, or getting kicked in the pants.
To my future clients:
I have been practicing land use consulting for a few decades here in the Willamette Valley OR. Primarily with rural county lands. People often ask me if I know of a good realtor so I am writing this letter to save some time in trying to respond to this request. And the answer is I do know of a good realtor. Her name is Amy Dean. She is in fact the most thorough broker for asking the right questions regarding building status, wetlands, access and a bunch of other issues. In other words she does her homework. I have seen so many real estate agents adopt an I don't want to know policy so they do not have to disclose this to potential buyers or sellers. She puts here clients first.

I have known Amy Dean for about 20 years. In that time,we attended the same gymnastics, the same University, and the occasional days at the lake. Fast forward a bunch of years and it came time for my wife and I to buy a house. It has always been said not to mix friendships and business, but Amy Dean is the kind of individual that is the exception. I have full faith in this because her work ethic and personal investments are in everything she ever focuses on. In gymnastics it was her training, at the University of Oregon it was her studies and being one of the strongest Pole vaulters, and in her career it was and is her lifestyle. Amy isn't in the market of real estate to sell people houses, she is rather in the profession to help people find actual homes. She is so darn good at her job because she treats people as people and not as objects. And business is good when you care about people. When Amy helped my wife and I find a home we had just found out that we were pregnant, and our list was so unbelievably specific and picky that every other realtor we talked to or ran into basically told us,"good luck it's not going to happen". One of the things I like about Amy is that she has a system and she trusts this system and invests in it as well as invests into caring about what her customers and clientele are truly asking for. I wanted four bedrooms and two bathrooms, fifth wheel parking and a shop with a home that was on county property and not in the flood zone. My wife wanted to be in the city, and in something that was polished and clean enough to be family ready. We wanted all of this within a certain budget. Amy was very real that the budget we were seeking was not realistic so we had to expand our budget a little bit and just wait for the right fish. She took extra time to help trim my rough edges to understanding how the home Market really works, and that patience and precision were key to me trusting her implicitly. Even her flat out disagreeing with me or being candid about facts over feelings....gosh I wish more people did that. After several months, I was about ready to just give in to whatever my wife found suitable... Amy pulled us to a location that is now our home. It has everything on the list as well as an extra bathroom, booyah!
Amy has guided our family through several home transactions. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy and quick to respond to our questions and requests.
Having Amy work with you is like having a best friend around. She's always helpful, answers any question, gives you her honest opinion, and is available when you need her.

Amy was wonderful to work with! I had zero experience with home buying and she made it very easy and not scary. She helped me understand what I needed to and took care of the things that I didn't need to deal with. I ended up with a house that I am very happy with! I highly recommend her!
Amy and her team made it a breeze to get into our forever home. Very helpful, Caring and AMAZING! I would recommend Amy and her team over and over again to anyone looking for a forever home. Thank you Amy and your team for the best experience we could have asked for!
